Directly walk to the ticket office of the ferry company at Cebu port. There will be other people who want to sell you tickets before that. However, there would be a small surcharge fee. Since it’s easy to buy a ticket at the port and the ferries are spacious, you should just do it there.
The two companies are Cokaliong and a ship called “Lady of Love“. The prices for both ships are the same. 825 pesos for Economy Class (top deck bunk bed), 1100 pesos for Tourist Class (bunk bed on the inside of the ship) and more expensive for a private cabin.
