Best Eiffel Tower View – Be impressed at these photo spots

When in Paris, of course, you want to see the Eiffel Tower. However, the park behind the tower is so crowded with tourists and has ugly fences along the grassy patches. Therefore, if you don’t want to go up to the platforms, you don’t have any reason to spend time there. Check out the different ticket prices here. However, better visit one of the following locations to enjoy the best Eiffel Tower view. Those views will make your eyes tear because they are so pretty.

The best Eiffel Tower view along the Seine

My favorite spot for the sunset with the Seine and the Eiffel Tower is below Pont d’Léna. Descend the steps to the Seine on the side where “Greek Warrior” is marked on maps.me. I am almost sad that I mention it here, because, incredibly, there were hardly any people down there. I could sit on a little ramp during the whole sunset with the perfect view in front of me. After the sun goes down, the lights of the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the Seine. It makes it easy to see why French painters created impressionism.

My second favorite view was from Avenue de Camoens, 5 minutes uphill from the last spot. The tower is framed by picturesque houses.

The best view from further away

The third good spot is a bit further away on the Passerelle Debilly bridge. There you have a panoramic view of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower.

Another great spot for a free panoramic view of the whole city of Paris and the Eiffel Tower is the rooftop of the Galeries Lafayette mall. It’s free to go up there while the mall is open (usually from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.). There also are two panoramic bars up there.
